Italy the perfect choice for your wedding day…
Italy, with its beaches, historical buildings, luxury villas and vineyards, is the ideal choice for the wedding. Well, what else do you expect to hear from the Italian? My opinion is totally biased, but as a local, I can share with you valuable information. Italy offers many interesting places. Therefore, decide exactly where your wedding will take place, – indeed a difficult choice.
Wedding on the Amalfi Coast
The Amalfi Coast is probably the most “hot” destination weddings in Italy. Many couples come here just to get married, thanks to the beautiful species of the ocean, the beautiful old town, and because of the outstanding cuisine. In the summer, there is very little rain, so the chances to catch the good weather is very large. Ravello, Amalfi, Positano, and do not forget Capri – one of the most popular wedding venues in the Amalfi Coast. But the options do not end there – the region has so many beautiful cities that their names difficult to enumerate. Naples Airport is only 1 hour away, and Rome is a 3-hour drive from the Amalfi Coast.
Wedding in Sorrento
If you are in love with the Amalfi Coast, but are worried that your guests will have nothing to do, select a location near Sorrento. It is a small town with a unique character, where there are many craft shops, beautiful gardens and, of course, bars and restaurants. Museo Correale di Terranova, with its beautiful collection of Neapolitan paintings, is also worth a visit if you or some of your guests are staying longer than a couple of days. In addition, you can take a trip to the ancient city of Pompeii, Vesuvius, or to another Bay of Naples. All of these places are located quite close. In addition, there are also boat trips to nearby islands romantic.
Wedding in Rome
Rome, crowded with ancient treasures, masterpieces of art and architecture, is another great place for your wedding. If you are looking for an option for the official wedding ceremony in Rome, you can choose one of three urban wedding halls Capitol or Caracalla or Villa Lais. Capitol is located next to the old church and is the perfect backdrop for photos of your Italian wedding. At Villa Lais is not so much space, and it can be the best choice if you plan a small celebration. Caracalla is famous for excellent acoustics, and is perhaps the musical accompaniment during the ceremony. The choice of entertainment and wedding venues here in Italy’s capital is enormous. So do not worry about that, would it be an affordable place for your marriage.
Venice Wedding
And what about the ceremony in one of the most romantic cities in the world? Venice is widely known for its unique canals, art and architecture. This is a fairly expensive city, but it’s worth it. In reality, Venice even more romantic than you could have imagined from photographs and films you may have seen. The fabulous churches and palaces, delicious seafood and breathtaking attractions make Venice the perfect place to get married.
Wedding on Lake Garda
If you prefer a wedding at the lake, the Lake Garda will be your good choice. It is the largest lake in Italy, with numerous beaches and scenic spots. Venice and Milan are two hours away, and provides almost daily trips to both cities. Official wedding ceremony can be performed in many small towns surrounding the lake, and even charming castles Malcesine and Torri del Benaco. While you are here, you can also visit Verona – the city of Romeo and Juliet.
Wedding in Tuscany
Another popular wedding venue – a Tuscany region of art and culture. Birthplace of the Renaissance, Tuscany is also known for its excellent wines, so be sure to try the local vineyards to visit while you are here. High season lasts from April to November, but the use of the outdoor swimming pool can be a bit cold until June-July. The choice for wedding venues in Florence, one of the most beautiful cities of Tuscany, is almost limitless. Therefore, you will find a good choice for a wedding of any scale.
In fact, almost any small town in Italy offers many beautiful places for your wedding ceremony, banquet and, of course, for your wedding photo shoot.
